AuditPro deploys on-premise (your XAMPP / Linux server) or in a private VPS in your chosen region. Data never leaves your infrastructure unless you opt into off-site backup, in which case nightly encrypted snapshots ship to S3 / Backblaze B2 / your rsync target. No multi-tenant SaaS — your audit files are not co-located with anyone else's.

Yes. The system ships with 79 pre-seeded audit procedures tagged to specific ISA references (ISA 200-720), 120+ IFRS disclosure items across IAS 1/2/7/12/16/19/21/24/33/36, IFRS 7/9/15/16, and Oman-specific compliance (Royal Decree 121/2020 VAT, Labour Law Art. 39 EOSB, OAAA registration). The 5-stage workpaper sign-off chain enforces ISA 220 quality management.

For a standard XAMPP deployment with seed data: under 2 hours. We provision the server, run migrations, seed firm details (logo, banks, VAT, signature), and walk the partner through the first engagement. Custom branding and chart-of-accounts mapping take an additional day. There are no multi-month implementation projects.

Yes. CSV import is supported for trial balances, employees, clients, prior-year comparatives, and engagement templates. Direct CaseWare import is on the roadmap — for now, CaseWare files are exported to Excel and ingested through the standard CSV pipeline. For Tally/QuickBooks/Sage, we provide field-mapping templates.

The interface is English-first with bilingual fields for client and employee names, addresses, and signatures (en + ar). Arabic UI translation is on the Phase 11 roadmap. Generated audit reports, financial statements, and contracts can carry both English and Arabic content side-by-side.

Every deployment includes 4 hours of partner + manager training, 8 hours of senior + staff training, and a 100-page user manual covering every screen, workflow, and setting. The first 12 months come with email + chat support 9 AM-6 PM Sun-Thu (Asia/Muscat). On-site training is available in Muscat at additional cost.

Your data is yours. AuditPro stores everything in standard MariaDB tables, file-system documents, and standard PDF outputs. We provide a one-click full export (DB dump + storage tarball + manifest) at any time. No data lock-in.

AuditPro is Oman-first. UAE FTA filings, KSA ZATCA compliance, and Qatar QFC integration are on the Phase 11 roadmap (after the Oman product is mature). Pilot firms in those countries can deploy today and use the audit/IFRS modules; tax-filing modules are localised to Oman currently.

Every signed engagement bundles into a SHA-256-verified ZIP at lock-time: signed report, four FS statements, Adjusted TB, AJE register, all 12 workpapers, all FS notes, disclosure compliance, full audit trail, and a manifest with every file's hash. The hash is re-verifiable on demand — if a file is tampered with, the system catches it. Regular backups don't give you this integrity guarantee.
