1. Who we are

True Line International LLC ("we", "us", "our") is the publisher of AuditPro Suite. Our registered office is Office 706, 7th Floor, Building 94, Way 319, Ghalah, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy covers personal data processed when you:

• Visit our marketing website at auditprosuite.com
• Submit our contact form, request a demo, or email us
• Receive AuditPro Suite as a deployed software product (your firm operates the application; we may have access only for support purposes)

It does not cover the data your firm processes about its own clients through AuditPro Suite — your firm is the data controller for that data; we are at most a processor under your contract.

3. Lawful basis

We process personal data under the following lawful bases:

• Performance of a contract — when you are a customer or in active sales discussions
• Legitimate interest — for general website analytics and direct B2B marketing to audit-firm professionals
• Consent — newsletter subscriptions and any optional cookies
• Legal obligation — Oman tax, audit-firm regulatory, and corporate filing requirements

4. What personal data we collect

From the website: contact form fields (name, email, phone, company, message), IP address (used for rate-limiting and anti-spam), browser/OS metadata. We do not use third-party analytics that profile individuals; we use server-log aggregates only.

From customers: business contact details for billing and support communication. We do not access your firm's client data, employee data, workpaper content, or financial figures except when you specifically request technical support and screen-share.

5. Where data is stored

The marketing website is hosted on a provider in the Sultanate of Oman or in a GCC region. Customer-side AuditPro Suite installations live on your firm's infrastructure (XAMPP / Linux / VPS of your choice). We do not operate a multi-tenant SaaS — your audit data is not co-located with anyone else's.

If you opt into our managed off-site backup service, encrypted snapshots are shipped to the storage region you select (S3 / B2 / your own rsync target).

6. Retention

• Contact-form submissions: 18 months from last contact
• Sales pipeline records: while you are an active prospect or customer + 7 years post-contract (Oman tax / audit-firm retention)
• Server logs: 90 days rolling

7. Sharing with third parties

We share personal data only with:

• Email infrastructure — our SMTP provider (Webhostbox / sales@auditprosuite.com server)
• Tax authorities — only where required by Oman law for our own tax obligations
• Law enforcement — only on lawful request

We do not sell personal data, share it for advertising, or send it to AI training providers.

8. Your rights

Under Oman PDPL and applicable laws, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or outdated data
• Request deletion (where no overriding legal basis applies)
• Object to direct marketing — unsubscribe instantly via any email footer or by emailing privacy@auditprosuite.com
• Receive a portable export of your data

Contact privacy@auditprosuite.com with any request — we respond within 30 days.

9. Cookies

The auditprosuite.com website uses essential cookies only — for session integrity, anti-spam (CAPTCHA), and remembering UI preferences. We do not use behavioural-tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cookie-consent banner is required because no non-essential cookies are set.

10. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organisational measures: encrypted transport (HTTPS), encrypted at-rest backups, password hashing (bcrypt / Argon2id), 9-layer contact-form anti-abuse, server-side input validation, audit-trail logging, role-based access, and least-privilege admin accounts.

If we discover a personal-data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant authority within 72 hours of detection.

11. Children

AuditPro Suite is a B2B product. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the homepage and emailed to active customers. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
